Services range from 1-hour talks to multi-week programs, delivered in person, online, via webinar, or e-course training.

Workplace Wellbeing Services
One-to-One
One-to-One sessions provide the most objective, private, and confidential space to support your employees. They are proven to increase clarity, motivation, and belief through accountability.
A minimum of 6 sessions per person is recommended.
Sessions can be held online or on-site.
Group Workshops
60 or 90-minute workshops focused on a key well-being topic from the list above. These interactive sessions provide time away from the desk, and a confidential space to share with others. An efficient and cost-effective way to promote employee wellbeing within your organisation.
Workshops can be delivered as one-offs, as a series that builds over time, or as a launch platform for a programme of one-to-one coaching.
Workshops can be delivered either on or off-site.
